Are you in love?
In love! Most of us have been in love, to one degree or another, at a distance or with someone we’re going out with. Are you in love right now? Glöd asked people around town, and here are a few of their answers.
“He isn’t like everybody else”
“Yes, I am, with a boy. He isn’t at all like everybody else. I don’t know if he’s in love with me, but I think so, at least a little bit. But he’s afraid to show it. When I am around him, I am sweet, happy and laugh a lot. Something is going to happen for sure!” Linnéa Almegård Svennerstål, 17
“Like a free fall”
“I’ve never been in love. And I don’t know if I want to be, since I don’t know how it feels. But if it feels like riding a roller coaster, I would like to fall in love often. Everybody says it gives you butterflies, which is what happens when you go on a free fall ride, so maybe it feels like that. I hope to fall in love sometime so I can find out how it feels.” Deysen Waisson, 17
“Season pass to Loveland”
“I am probably the most ‘in love’ person in the world! My friends say that I must have a season pass to Loveland. My family values love highly, so I find it easy to like people. Right now my love is directed towards a special person I’ve been in love with for two years. We have a very close relationship and are on the way towards becoming a couple.” Lotta Yngström, 19
“Want to be in love”
“No, not right now, but I want to be in love. The last time was a few months ago. I wasn’t madly in love, but it felt good. I never tried to find out if he felt the same way about be. Being in love at a distance can be both hard and nice, but for me, being in love has always felt like a good thing.” Aesa Ardyk, 13
“The best feeling there is”
“Right now I’m in love with my girlfriend. We’ve been together for a year. It doesn’t really feel exactly like it did at first, but I’m still in love. It was more exciting in the beginning, now we know each other better. I like being in love. It is the best feeling there is.” Tommy Isberg, 16
